The Triage Case Management program is comprised of case management professionals in addition to a proven, well respected triage physician team. We use a coordinated system of escalation to triage the injured worker to the best level of care. Prioritizing efficient and conservative medical care, we are able to provide trauma care that is tailored to the needs of the injury and the worker. This coordination works to the benefit of all involved parties—the patient, the physician, the employer, and the case-management service—promoting communication and the return of the patient to the highest level of functioning.
